[Resolved]  SSC — I want to create a new registration with same data

I kindly request you to Delete my old SSC registration and I want to apply new registration, Because i am not getting my mobile otp at my number and i forgot my emai .So i am not able to change my password.Since the old data exists i cant create a new registration.please help...
