SSC — Non Receipt of OTP to email for resetting of Password

I have already registered in SSC Portal but cannot Login as I am not remembering the Password and Login ID. To change the Password I have tried many times but am not receiving the OTP to mail as my old phone number is not currently used by me. I am now in a position where I am not able to apply to any of the vacancies advertised. I need a solution to reset the password and access my Account.
