Staff Selection Commission — Fee deducted from upi but showing fee not paid in payment status

Sir on 9/12/2020, I'd paid my ssc chsl(reg no.-[protected]) examination fees through Google Pay upi mode which is linked to my Union bank of India a/c (upi id- [protected]@okicici, )the amount got debited but ssc portal is still showing the fees payment status as not paid, i've attached two screenshots one of bank a/c transaction, other of ssc portal fee payment status. Please solve asap.
