Staff Selection Commission — Unable to register for ssc cgl 2017

I have been trying to register for ssc cgl since last 5 days, but there is some connection issue with the server. And if somehow it gets connected (After several attempts) then it displays a message "data not inserted properly". All the information provided are as per the instructions and i have applied with the same details last year.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I had applied for my voter id card online but there is no further actions or steps were taken on it for processing and making my voters id available to me.
