I placed an order with sbl for a co-ord set on 5/10/2019 and even made an online payment for same from my paytm account of rs. 1343 My order still isnt confirmed yet after 19 days and their is not any cancel option on their app for this order. I have mailed them my complaint as theire customer care number has incoming barred. Its completely unprofessional to tale the money and not deliver the product.
