In September 2017, I got online data filling work from this company. But then this company frauds with me and put a charge of amount 5500 under false allegations. That time I paid the amount since I was scared and not having full knowledge but now again after so many years today this company again contacted me claiming that I have to pay them Rs. 24000 as a penalty amount. However I do have the NOC from them as well. Still they are continuously harassing me under false allegations and giving me unnecessary mental stress. I request to take serious action against this fraud company and now I want my Rs. 5500 back which I have paid in year 2017.

In the year 2017 i have got a call from Stallion company for work, due to some issue i could not start my work, next month i got call from the stallion intellectual company that i have not complete my work and company will take action on this and told me that they will file case under multiple section like 17, 420, 499, 509, 66 A, section 15 of IPC and 37, 73, 74, 75. As per indian contract act 1872. I have paid the amount which they have asked me to pay and also they issued me NOC copy, But today i got call again they are asking me to pay money. And to clear 1 section they asking me 21, 500 RS tp pay. They have issued me notice and telling me to pay the amount. If i failed to pay the amount. i should pay 10 to 15 lakhs to there company and they said i should go to jail. i belongs to lower middle class family and i could not pay amount. please find the attachment. I request you to kindly resolve the issue and provide me justice in this.

Hello, I submitted a compained in polite words regarding the fraud that happened with me by the OC technology and the company was torturing me and blackmailing me for the same and now stallion intellectual is blackmailing me saying that I was the one making allegations and blackmailing oc technology while it was the other way around and I didn't even asked a single penny from oc technology and I have complete proofs of that.
Please help me .

Sir muze es company ki tarf se online wrok mila tha meri tarf se work pura complete hua tha but unke yaha se work incomplete tha. But wo log ab muze charge pat karne bol rahe he. Sir i got a call from stallion intellectual and they said there is a job of online form filling of digital service in which i have to fill 1000 forms in 10 days then i will get rs.20000 for filling up the forms and i woked for it day/night but lastly they said me that my qc report has been failed and started harassing and mentally torturing me to pay the amount of rs.7700 and i was forced to pay but again they call me and said i have to pay rs.10000 otherwise proceedings will be done in court in lathur, mumbai and they also send me message in my mobile number which is attached herein. But wheh i did not replied the msg they started calling me to mumbai but now i came to know that they are fraud company which is owned by nitesh khawani :

Patel is calling me and disturbing always and saying i have to come to mumbai in court if i dont pay the amount help me sir plzz.

I have already complained regarding this so services and stallion intellectual. But the problem was not solved. Again they are sending the messages and harrasing me. They are sending messages that you have to attend the civil court on 14 dec 2018. I already lost lot of amount due to this fake messages and fake calls and again they are harrasing me to attend the court and saying your court notice has been issued.

Please help me anyone about this problem.

I got a work from SO Services, which my QC report is fail. So in the agreement it says you need to pay 5200/- .And I even paid extra amount also.And after 4months again they are threatening for money and they are saying - i[censored] didn't pay the money, we will file a case and will send a notice to your address.
Now I'm not understanding how the problem will send. Please help me out from this problem.

This is a fraud company. First, they are running their business under two names. One is so services and other one is stallion intellectual. I took work from home from so services wherein i was supposed to fill online forms. I told them after two days that i would not be able to work. Then they start asking me to pay money saying as per contract you should pay it. After few days, i got a call and an email from advocate associate saying so services has filled a case against me for breach of contract and i need to pay the money asap to close the file otherwise i will get letter from court and i will have to come to gujarat in that case for the hearing.

They started calling me multiple times saying if i will not pay, it will not be good for me.

I decided to pay because i was not wiling to take chance. They send me the account details to pay the amount and he said that i will get noc (No objection certificate) after 15 minutes of payment. I was shocked seeing the account name. It was running under the name of stallion intellectual and not so services. Otherwise, i would have been able to check the reviews even before getting into a discussion for work from home at very first place. I pay the amount somehow just to get rid of all this. After the payment was done, i waited for half and hour and didn't get the noc.

I called them and they keep on saying they will check. Then i got another call from some other person saying i will have to pay some more amount to cancel the contract. Otherwise, we might get in trouble again in future.

I said them to just send me the noc. I didn't get it for another next 19 hours. I called them multiple times, they just switched off his phone and other person didn't pick. When they finally pick, they say there were having some server issue because of which they could not send me that. I said them to send the noc and that i will file a complaint against them and then i received the noc. But they keep on saying that my contract is still not cancelled.

The amount i send was payed to stallion intellectual, not so services. They are just fraud. They even said me that i will get the hardcopy of noc at my address in 3 days, but i didn't get that as well.

They are just running the company under two names to fool people. They are just fraud whose business is to fool people and then asking them to pay money.

Sir, mne company ko join kiya tha or join krne k 1 din baad hi hamre yaha pe baba ram rahim ki wazhe se internet suvidha bnd kr di gai thi to m work complete nhi kr ska or company helpline p mne call bhi ki thi but mil nhi rha tha or aliza sikha company ki agent usko mail ki thi but koi response nhi mila to mne kam bnd kr deya tha ab vo mere se 7450 rupyes maang rhe hai khe rhe hai ager nhi dogo to court case kr dege or m middle class family se hu or study krta hu or pay nhi kr skta please help me sir

Hello sir, im shaswat kumar from gurgaon. And i applied for this job in stallion intellectual thinking that this company would help me earn money. But they were totally a fraud. The laptop i was working on, its screen got blank and i wasn't able to work.. So i called them so so many times for asking if i can work in other pc or not.. They never recieved my call.. They never tried to help me out.. And when the time came for them to take money, they started threatning me saying "this is a very matter.. If you dont pay you will have to go through court and all matters" they are sending me messages also... And threatning me to pay the amount they are asking otherwise i will be jn serious trouble.. Sir please help me.. M a student and i dont know what to do now

Hello sir without knowing i took the work from this company nor the gave a demo or nothing only they were calling me asking of the job n i was in need of the job i took n the job was very difficult if they were giveing the demo i was not taking this job thn i told i am not able to do this now they are teling me to pay 5000 n 6000 n iam not able to pay so they are telling i[censored] wont pay court will take legal action n you have to pay 50000 so i need a help iam staying alone i dont have parents n myself husna taj from bangalore

I worked day and night and completed 2000 forms. Now, they simply say that your qc report is failed. I checked the forms. Work was perfectly all right. They don't want to pay now. I told them if there is some problem i can do the corrections. But they refused. Its a biggest fraud. Please help me to get the payment if someone can. I called them but they are refusing to make the payment....

I receive frequent calls and messages from [protected] and [protected] they are threatening me to pay the fee and today i receivd a message that shows

"this is to inform you that the company has filed court case against you under the section if 405, 420, and 425 of ipc. You will receive the notice very shortly. Just come at the surat court with your advocate."

I receive the form filling login details on august they said that was one month project i started working on that website "survey-report. Us"
After some days i received the agreement copy through courier after that i surf about the company i saw lots of complaints about the company so i send lots of mail regards the complaints to the company but i didnt receive any mail from them so i stop the work.

After some days they send mail to pay the registration fees 5500 they threatening me if you fail to pay the money they will make complaints against me i wont pay the money but they are threatening me and make freaquent calls to pay the amount i told them i dont have much money i will work for you for the compansation of the money but they said after paying the registration fee they will give another work
Please take necessary action against them because most of the people take the work about their umemployement and financial problem

I was looking for online job and through olx. They told that i have to fill forms 2000 nos and will get 25/ form. But when i got the work within 1 day i start getting calls from the same place of gujrat to assist in filling the forms 6rs per forms.in which i have to pay half the amount before rest after. Which created doubts in my mind one day i called the stallion representative (So called) for extension of time period more than 20 days she guided me please call on customer care or send youyr querry on help line but within a 1 minute i got call from same office that they got my querry and i have top pay 5500 and will get extension which made me fully suspicious about the credibility of their work. I asked him where he got my querry he said through written request of extension on helpline which i did't done. I stopped filling forms. And gone through this portal where i found lots of customers already being cheated by the same people. Now i start getting threatening mails of so called legal departments.
Please look into the matter and they said that they don't have any site available and work as freelancer. They are cheating people and forcing them to pay amount by the name of your company's name. No training neither any support they give while filling forms which are very confusingly text to get more mistakes from the customers and illogical text they provided which does't seems any relevance with dead or alive people information.

They are fraud people who threatening their workers for money. When i talk to their female employee her name is arohi mehta, she told me that their was 8 yr old and she has been worker for 4 yrs. but when i check their details in www.Zaubacorp.com i found that the company was registered in 28 march 2014. And when i speak with their senior director about money they says "sir sirf 5500 de do baat khtam kro ", who can talk like this if they want their legal money. Like people say their QR code was failed during checking then how that was possible that people of different states got more problem than their own state employees. And they dont even told me about their legal procedure and that is the wrong procedure to signing any agreement. They should told their every criteria or legal process before assigning someone in their company. They charge GST without showing GST number on bill and that was totally illegal. Even their female employee didnt tell me about their own working place details and she has been working for 4 yrs.

Guys they are fraud people...!!

While searching for work i get n home base form filling job with above company i told the company exe that until i see the agreement i will not work but agreement copy does not open he told me that he will send through courier but they send me after 22 days by indian post twice they contacted me n send many mail but i don't replied they send me arbitrary court case copy through mail. I talk to them n agreed to pay but when i discuss the matter with my friend while depositing amount to their account he hold the transaction n suggest me to complain to the forums it is crime i should report don't pay a single rs to the company

Pl. Check your server. Today not able to make entries.
After reading complaints, we are still working honestly for earning money.

Now it is upto stallion to think as human being to take care of thoese, who are working honestly and pay for those entries which are 100% accurate rather than put condition to avoid payment.
