Dear sir/mam

This is to aware you the irresponsible & nude behavior of your executive (Mr. Jaypee), executive or manger of your stanmax outlet at kamla nagar, i bought a black jeans of levis on 2nd october 2016 and given for alteration on the same day but when i collected my jeans on 9th of october i found that it is altered wrongly in length instead of 38in to 36in due to my office working hours i was not able to visit your outlet for some days but on last sunday when i went there, the executive shown irresponsible & nude behavior.

I was surprise to find, that your reputed firm do these kinds of things to your valuable customers, they dont even have proper records of the same. I have seen their alteration slip note pads, there were so many blank slips in between of it.
