I applied for the job from quikker a few days back and they texted me in the whatsapp and called for the job . i said yes and they never mentioned anything about contract or anything . and we started the job . i did it for 2 days and and called them and informed them that i needed to cancel the contract as it is for 11 months .
they said okay pay 7100 rs, we paid and then and they again said that only the job is terminated not the contract. if you have to terminate the contract you have to pay a big amount. as a normal young working adults we were panicked. and we asked them what else is he option and they threatened us telling they will take legal action. and so we did pay them ans get an NOC letter through email. and we thought the problem was over. But again they called me and said we dint get any confirmation you have to come here and be in the court for breaching and all that and you have to pay rs 100000 to the organisation if not we will take legal action and that they sent all this though an advocate mail. telling i have only 7 days time .
please do help me i already lost a lot of money paying them and they are threatening like this . please do help
