I have been residing in a Stanza Living property in Bangalore since November 2024 and had signed an agreement for a one-year stay until November 2025. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to multiple failures on their part to deliver the services they promised at the time of agreement.
Key issues include:
Housekeeping was promised three times a week but was not provided consistently for over six months, and now occurs only once a week, if at all.
The common fridge is consistently dirty and unhygienic.
The lift shakes while operating, posing a safety risk.
There are frequent power and water outages, severely affecting basic living standards.
Laundry services, which were originally included, have been discontinued and replaced with a paid third-party vendor.
Electricity costs are now being passed on to residents without any corresponding reduction in rent.
Despite all these cutbacks and service issues, my monthly rent has remained the same. When I asked about leaving early, I was told I would have to continue paying rent for the remaining months and would lose my security deposit. Was this information helpful? |
