With due respect I just want to know that "why Stanza living Pune is charging unequal amount as monthly rent and money as maintenance charges from student's of same college and same class??"
Is there any sex discrimination for payment of monthly rent????
One is paying 11, 300 per month and another has been demanded for 14, 000 plus annual maintenance charges and many other charges.
