I am a resident at Stanza Living Bangalore for the past 3 years. My room refrigerator has been non-functional for the last 2 months. I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the distressing and unacceptable experiences my ward and other students have encountered at your Greater Noida residence located at FFFH+X25, Adelaide House, Plot No. 28/1A, Knowledge Park III.
As a concerned guardian, I am deeply troubled by the consistent and flagrant disregard for basic standards of service and care provided by Stanza Living. Despite our trust in your establishment, the quality of food served to the students has been abysmal. Numerous instances of substandard, and at times, rotten food being provided have come to my attention. This poses a serious health risk and is absolutely unacceptable.
Moreover, the promised housekeeping services have not been provided, contributing to an unhygienic and uncomfortable living environment. It is distressing to note that rather than addressing these issues professionally, the staff, particularly Mr. Pankaj Verma, have displayed unprofessional conduct and even resorted to misbehavior when approached regarding these concerns. This behavior is not only unbecoming of a professional but also completely unacceptable when dealing with students.
I have diligently gathered evidence, including call recordings and testimonials from affected students, to highlight the severity of these issues. The manner in which my concerns were dismissed and my ward was forced to leave the premises by your staff, particularly Mr. Verma, is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the values of your establishment.
It is with great disappointment that I am compelled to inform you that if immediate and substantial actions are not taken to rectify these issues, including a marked improvement in the quality of food, reinstatement of promised services like housekeeping, and appropriate disciplinary action against the staff involved, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the consumer forum and seek legal recourse.
I implore you to take this matter seriously and initiate strict measures to rectify the deficiencies in service and ensure the well-being and safety of the students residing at your establishment. I kindly request a prompt response detailing the actions taken to address these concerns.

They made some changes in policy regarding electricity bill and forcing us to follow, there are no smart meters installed for each room, we have to pay based on building consumption every month. There is a cafe which runs all the heavy appliances. They have charged around 1000rd per person for a small room( 3 lights, 1 fan). Room is double sharing so two persons are there, so around 2000 for that small room.

No Refund after illegal forced vacating

I was a past resident of stanza Compton house, one day out of nowhere they gave all the residence a vacate notice and asked us all to leave in 5 days (which is against law) and they assured us that they will give us our money back that includes advance end month rent, deposite, pro rata fee of the same month they kicked us out and also 8 months worth of maintenance fee, in total they should give me ₹24000, its been 1 month and there is no response from anyone from stanza company about our money. This company is a scamming company, please help me to get back my money. I had sent them multiple emails but they are not responding, they are not calling me to talk about this issue.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I have had with Stanza Living, regarding my booking at stanza living Santa Barbara bhawarkua property.
On 19/09/2023, I made a booking for room 410 at the aforementioned property and promptly paid the full booking amount as requested on the move in date 22/09/2023. I was provided with a booking confirmation, and I was looking forward to moving into my new accommodation as per the agreed-upon move-in date, which was scheduled for 22/09/2023
However, to my shock and dismay, when I arrived at the property on the specified move-in date, I was informed that room 410 was not available because the person with whom I had to share the room with has the keys and he is not at the property and they told me to stay for a temporary basis till evening at another room in the ground floor This was not only inconvenient but also highly distressing, as I had made all the necessary arrangements based on the confirmed booking.
To provide a temporary solution, the Stanza Living team has provided me with another room for the time being. However, it has now been four days since my arrival, and I am still unable to move into the room I initially booked (room 410). This situation has left me unable to unpack my belongings and has added significant inconvenience to my stay.
I immediately reached out to your customer support team to seek clarification and a resolution to this issue. Mr. Pushpendra (company representative ) at 24/09/23 after 2 days came to me and said he is here to resolve my problem but he also tried to convence me to get settle at another room as company does not prefer a working male and a student to share a room together. Which is nowhere mentioned in the contract or your terms and condition which is unacceptable to me. He said he will resolve this matter within 24 hour Unfortunately, he didn't show up today. I have not received any satisfactory response or assistance from your team thus far. This lack of communication and accountability on your part has added to my frustration and inconvenience.
I want to reiterate that I made the full payment for room 410, and it is o[censored]tmost importance to me that I receive the room I have paid for. I understand that there may be temporary challenges, but I believe it is fair to expect a clear timeline for when room 410 will become available to me.
I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a clear explanation for this lapse in service and a commitment from Stanza Living to provide me with room 410 as soon as it becomes vacant. I hope that you will treat this complaint with the utmost urgency and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I'm Karan Parmar. I was a resident of STANZA LIVING TAMPERE HOUSE on a 03 month contract. User ID- 23TMPBA026 and Room no- TMP0303. I vacated stanza on JUN 28 2023 as my contract about to end and I was going home. I have provided my bank account details as well by raising ticket they are not responding to that too. My refund of Rs. 9548 is pending with them. It's been more than 2 months now and I still haven't received it yet. I did multiple calls to the operations team and got the same reply each time in response got the same answer that it is under process. On top it I reserved my booking one month later I did paid them Rs.6000 that too I have not received as I didn't went later. Even the calls to stanza don't go through much. Each time you call they say that it is under process. This is just a huge scam and fraud in the name of Terms and condition!! When we stay there, they used to start bugging us weeks before the due date for the rent on each month and even threaten to cut off facilities like wi-fi. Now when it's their turn to pay back the refund, this is how they treat us!!! If this is how they are going to be, then I'll be left with no choice but to take the matter to the officials! I have been patient for too long and this is just not fair!

Water Scarsity

Water scarsity is very frequent, water from the appartment is allegedly taken for construction purpose in the near by apartment and hence water gets over very soon even after refilling. Residents do not have access to operate the water motor and every time water gets over, we need to call the resident captain who is not available most of the time. The other option is to call the cleaning staff who keeps on changing every month or so and are available only during day time. We need to wait for hours before water supply is restored even after paying comparitively high rent.

Fraud, packing my stuff without consent, not returning my deposit

I was living in stanza living for a few months, just one week back I came to my hometown for personal business and got information over WhatsApp group that the pg needs to be vacated as they are handing it over to some other company, no mail communication for it, without my consent they packed my stuff and left it at reception and some of my stuff like bucket mug etc. Is missing from it, now they are not responding to my calls and I have also not received any mail for my deposit refund which was 14k.

I left stanza living property on 31st may 2023 and till now I didn’t receive my security deposit from stanza, I have mailed my complaint to stanza operation team many times and contacted them regarding this issue, no proper response has been given from their side, I have paid all my dues on time, I request stanza Living team to address this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Relocation
Stanza customer service is absolutely terrible and worst. The things they say is absolutely fake. I have come here for work and in need of a apartment, i contacted them and they told it's available and can relocate and i have made arrangements for relocating. Just to confirm, i called once, they said its already been booked. We have been speaking for 5 -6 days regarding this issue and how important this is for us. Now im standing in road, dont knwo where to go. Please look through it and kindly do the needful. This has happened in banaglore.

Refund of money
I had booked in Stanza living on 10th June 2023and wanted to join on 24th June 2023. N since my job location changed to different location on 14th June 2023 i asked for the refund they are not initiated my refund telling that that won't refund it.

I opted for short stay at stanza living sao paulo, Bangalore. They agreed to provide short stay and refund security deposit. Attached their confirmation mail screenshot for reference.
Now when I try to reach out to them, they are not responding. It's been more 1.5 months now.

I opted for short stay (1 month) at stanza living Sao Paulo, Bangalore. After I moved out, they didn't refunded security deposit amount. When I call, they are not responding. Not able to reach out to them.

Company not refunding pre-booking amount

Last week, I pre-booked my bed online on the company's application. They promised me in the initial conversation that charges for AC are included in the fees and spacious cupboard and storage will be provided. I visited the place yesterday for checking my room before moving in, where they revealed small room where three people somehow adjust, no cupboard. The only storage they provide is a small locking shelf attached with the study table. Food is not cooked in a hygienic place. 12k is not a fair amount for this place.
