My sister was looking for a hostel in hyderabad n she got brainwahsed my the marketing team of stanza living n we submited 7000 rupees for the 1 month and security money 5000 which they promise to refund but after 3 days my sister started feeling unwell n she wants to come back so we asked them for refund n they totally refuse to refind a single penny. N said do watever u want to do

The organization is giving refund of the security amount.
Hello, I was a resident of Stanza Living,[protected], Dehradun. On 16th June, 2020, I did advance booking in Karabi House but as it's my last year for my UG programme, so, I just have last one month to be a resident of Dehradun and as my placement is already done, so, i'll be moving to a new city for my training in June, 2022. So, booking for a whole year won't be fruitful for me. For the same reasons, I requested to refund the security amount that I paid earlier for advance booking i.e. Rs. 6000 as soon as possible.
I tried contacting multiple persons from your team around 30-40 times but there was no positive response. All my fellow mates, who did advance booking, got their money refunded.
It’s my humble request to refund the amount as it was promised by your company. Hope that you will clear this concern as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply.
