Stanza Living — Change in electricity rate in the middle of contract term

While booking, I was told by one of the representatives that AC will have a separate meter and will be charged at Rs. 13 per unit. Everything else will come as a common bill at Rs. 10 per unit.

Now, in the middle of the contract, they installed meters for complete electricity usage, which will be charged at Rs. 13. Over and above, they will charge electricity for lift and common area. While making changes, a representative said that the overall electricity (including AC) after this change will be Rs. 10. Clearly, he lied. Stanza living did not even take our approvals before making this change. How can these financial changes be made during the contract period without prior consent of the residents.
