Stanza Living — Complaint regarding Immediate booking Cancellation and Refund Flat No. 101, Bedford Park, BTM Layout

I had booked Flat No. 101 at Bedford Park, BTM Layout, with an initial check-in date of 28th February 2026, as discussed with your sales representative, Mr. William Dennis - [protected].

At the time of booking, it was clearly communicated that the lift installation, pending painting work, and deep cleaning would be completed before the check-in date. However, when I visited the flat, I observed that the lift had not been installed and painting work was still pending. Mr. William had assured me that these works would be completed by 28th February 2026, but no progress was made.

Subsequently, I met Mr. Nawaz - [protected], who assured me that all the pending work would be completed by 3rd March 2026, so that I could check in by 5th March 2026. However, the app later started reflecting the check-in date as 7th March 2026.

When I visited the property again on 3rd March 2026, the caretaker was not present and was extremely rude over the phone. On inspection, I found that neither the lift installation had progressed nor had the painting work even begun.

Unfortunately, your team has repeatedly failed to meet the commitments made during the booking process. Under these circumstances, it is not possible for me to proceed with this booking.

Therefore, I request them to kindly cancel the booking with immediate effect and initiate the refund of the amount paid i.e. INR 10, 000 at the earliest.
