Today, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Stanza Living Bochum house, a well-known accommodation provider. Unfortunately, it is not a positive one, and I believe it's important to shed light on the challenges I faced as a customer.

Recently, I initiated a refund request with Stanza Living As per their refund policy, I should have received the reimbursement within a 45day timeframe but unfortunately I didn’t received the refundable security deposit yet even after 60 days.

*Series of Events*

The lack of transparency regarding the arbitrary deduction from my refundable security is utterly infuriating. The salesperson (Ramesh Murmu) conveniently omitted this crucial detail, leaving me perplexed by the inexplicable deductions.

The complete absence of coordination between the ground staff and the operation team is nothing short of a disgrace. It's abundantly clear that everyone is out for themselves, unwilling to shoulder any responsibility. This rampant finger-pointing and refusal to take ownership is exasperating.

To top it off, the confirmation in a stanza app that I would receive 13803 (post non reasonable deductions)as a refundable security, within 45 days, is a blatant display of incompetence and dishonesty. It's high time the team put their act together, resolved this mess, and promptly provided me with the rightfully owed remainder. This level of ineptitude and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable.

I have taken appropriate steps to address this issue by lodging a formal complaint with the Stanza Living team.

Furthermore, I would like to emphasize the seriousness of this matter by stating that if a satisfactory resolution is not provided promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the consumer court. As a consumer, I firmly believe in exercising my rights and seeking appropriate legal remedies to address such grievances. I hope it does not come to that, and Stanza Living takes immediate action to rectify the situation.
