Stanza Living — Didn't get the room I have paid for

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I have had with Stanza Living, regarding my booking at stanza living Santa Barbara bhawarkua property.

On 19/09/2023, I made a booking for room 410 at the aforementioned property and promptly paid the full booking amount as requested on the move in date 22/09/2023. I was provided with a booking confirmation, and I was looking forward to moving into my new accommodation as per the agreed-upon move-in date, which was scheduled for 22/09/2023

However, to my shock and dismay, when I arrived at the property on the specified move-in date, I was informed that room 410 was not available because the person with whom I had to share the room with has the keys and he is not at the property and they told me to stay for a temporary basis till evening at another room in the ground floor This was not only inconvenient but also highly distressing, as I had made all the necessary arrangements based on the confirmed booking.

To provide a temporary solution, the Stanza Living team has provided me with another room for the time being. However, it has now been four days since my arrival, and I am still unable to move into the room I initially booked (room 410). This situation has left me unable to unpack my belongings and has added significant inconvenience to my stay.

I immediately reached out to your customer support team to seek clarification and a resolution to this issue. Mr. Pushpendra (company representative ) at 24/09/23 after 2 days came to me and said he is here to resolve my problem but he also tried to convence me to get settle at another room as company does not prefer a working male and a student to share a room together. Which is nowhere mentioned in the contract or your terms and condition which is unacceptable to me. He said he will resolve this matter within 24 hour Unfortunately, he didn't show up today. I have not received any satisfactory response or assistance from your team thus far. This lack of communication and accountability on your part has added to my frustration and inconvenience.

I want to reiterate that I made the full payment for room 410, and it is o[censored]tmost importance to me that I receive the room I have paid for. I understand that there may be temporary challenges, but I believe it is fair to expect a clear timeline for when room 410 will become available to me.

I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a clear explanation for this lapse in service and a commitment from Stanza Living to provide me with room 410 as soon as it becomes vacant. I hope that you will treat this complaint with the utmost urgency and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I trust that Stanza Living, as a reputed and responsible service provider, will address this issue promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
