Stanza Living — Dissapointing Service & Preparedness of a Premium Ready To Move In 2BHK flat in Harlur. Breach of trust !

Hello "ace team" of Stanza,

This is regarding your Harlur property in Bangalore- The "Premium" 2BHK that I booked (Flat 101/102)

I booked a 2BHK for a "READY TO MOVE IN" and "FULLY FURNISHED" "PREMIUM PROPERTY" here well in advance and came home on my moving date (the date I'm supposed to be paying rent for, which is today) to this-
1. Dirty house filled with spider webs, bugs, dead insects.
2. ### of some creature smeared on the balcony wall.
3. Dusty house, nothing was cleaned and still has not been.
4. Stained walls- There is pan spit slashes on the hall's wall, painting marks, art random marks and stains everywhere.
5. Seepage and fallen paint on the walls, which STILL HAS NOT been cleaned.
6. Dirty fans, dusty corners, dirty carpet, FILTHY bathrooms.
7. ### STAIN on the toilet that has been here for months as the property was empty.
8. Broken toilet seat !!
9. Dysfunctional water purifier. WHERE TF are we supposed to drink water from ?? And remember, we're paying from today.
10. HONEYCOMB in balcony
11. DUST EVERYWHERE- furniture, TV, wardrobes
12. DIRTY washing machine- its still dirty despite the "captain" aka property manager Mr. Benny claiming that it has been washed multiple times.
13. Broken foosball table.
14. Did I forget, filthy toilets? That's what they're charging a premium rate for.
15. Dirty fridge.
16. There is one pillow cover short in each bedroom. There are no pillows.
17. The bed sheets and pillow covers are dirty and unwashed. What is the captain even doing???
18. The pillow covers don’t match the bedsheets at all.
19. The sheets were not put on beds when we moved in, as NOTHING was in a ready to move in condition on our move in date.

I spent an entire evening from 4pm to 11:50 pm in the night cleaning myself, repeatedly chasing the property manager Mr.Benny to get it cleaned, repeatedly dealing with the housekeeping staff (though it is Mr. Benny's job).

Heights o[censored]nprofessionalism, NO CUSTOMER CENTRICITY, UNETHICAL behavior, and even cheating.

Mr. Benny is the most unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest, irresponsible, CAREless person I have EVER met, he has been lying saying that he has got the property clean (I have this recorded on the phone and 1 witness)- yet there's a broken toilet seat, ### stains on toilet, webs & dead insects, a lot more. Also, Mr. Benny does not respond on WhatsApp, has no agency whatsoever, is the most UNRELIABLE professional I have EVER met.

The walls are stained, there is paint literally falling off to the floor and Mr. Benny does not give me an expected date on when this will be treated.

We have been paying since today. What about our compensation for days of painting, deep cleaning, and fixing that we will lose?? What about our compensation for DOING STANZA's work that we paid for??? What about breach of trust and agreement???

Life is not fair, but we must get what we are PAYING for. And if not, we're ready to voice.

I have also taken time to send multiple emails to them, have raised a "ticket" and have got NO RESPONSE yet, while I'm losing time and money in EVERY way.

This has cost me a lot of time and energy. I would STRONGLY suggest anyone to AVOID STANZA LIKE THE PLAGUE
