I am a resident at Stanza Living Bangalore for the past 3 years. My room refrigerator has been non-functional for the last 2 months. Despite raising multiple complaints, no action has been taken to repair or replace it. When I approached the resident captain, he was rude and unprofessional, threatening to deduct the refrigerator cost from my security deposit instead of addressing the maintenance issue. This is unacceptable service for a paying customer. I request immediate repair/replacement of the refrigerator and appropriate action against the staff member for unprofessional conduct.
