As I was a resident of Stanza Living - Adana house in Coimbatore branch, after vacated from stanza they are supposed to refund me caution deposit of Rs 4000 which is collected from me during the time of admission as per their rules and policies. But after vacated they only transferred Rs 1850. Hence they are not trustworthy. They offers many things at the time of admission but later on everything changes especially poor quantity of food. And during vacting time they will tell excuses regarding refundable deposit. Was this information helpful? | 
Initially I thought it's only to me but after reading the complaints and social media comments I came to know that they're doing this to a lot of customers. some complaints are marked as resolved even without refunding. So Can we take legal action?. I'm putting together a group of people who face the same issue. I'll take full responsibility, I just need support and information.
