Stanza Living — Refund request denied

I booked a room in stazna living villareal house for ₹10000/- as per their advertisement that and also assured me that all the rooms in that property were the same and spacious but when I visited the house they were not at all the same as shown in the video and so so small that it was very pathetic to live in it. When I register a complaint about it, all they say to talk about it to another person. They even registered my complaint but are not acting upon it but its been a month
