Stanza Living — Return of Security Deposit

Hi

I joined Dtwelve Spaces Pvt Ltd. (Stanza Living) as tenant with 6 months agreement from Oct 15, 2023 to April 15, 2024. I was living in Arlington House at Q City, Hyderabad. If I had broken the contract before 6 months as agreed, I am okay to lose Security Deposit. On[protected] the Landlord of the Arlington House came and disconnected water and Electricity. Stanza was unable to reach to a conclusion and asked us to vacate. Those who were personally known got all good accommodation available near by. As we could not get alternate, we were assured by Stanza representatives Jayanthi and Sarvesh that we will get refund. This they did not give in writing but assured that mail will be Sent by[protected] and this never happened. Stanza closed Arlington House premises on their disagreement with Landlord. I am no way in the picture. Stanza is supposed to refund Security Deposit. They have not done the same till date. They are not responding to my ticket nor my calls. Sarvesh has blocked my number.

Help me getting my Security Deposit back. Stanza has the tradition of not paying security deposit but in my case, they closed premises on their own and still not paying. Sarvesh and Jayanthi - location manager of Hyderabad - are least bothered about my hard earned money. Sarvesh has blocked my number and I am not able to reach him.

I am unable reach the senior people who are sitting in Gurugram.

In Stanza app Finance team has responded that I have 36k balance. They are not bothered about what has happened and I have no idea on why they are asking me to pay till April 2024, when Stanza has closed Arlington House at Q City in Hyderabad.

Any solution is possible? Will I get my hard earned money?

If I had walked out, I agree to forego the advance. It was Stanza who closed the facility.

Please think and I am sure you will appreciate my stand. Please return my hard earned money.
