Stanza Living — Security deposit not refunded and no response from their end

My brother have stayed in stanza living for 8 months and vacated in November 2023, his security deposit is not refunded even though it has been so many months since he vacated and also the representative over there has added a lunch coupon for 2 months even though my brother only requested for one month of lunch, when he asked for canceling the extra month the representative has said that was not possible and told he will add for the following month but my brother has said he won't be staying for another month, a total of 7500 + 1500 rupees of security deposit and lunch coupon amount refund is pending, even though we have raised so many tickets from their app they have not refunded the amount, and I tried contacting customer care few have responded to raise another ticket and few have cut the call on my face . Very disappointing and irresponsible service from their end, never expected such poor quality from stanza living.
