I am a resident of Stanza Living Clarksville House, Chennai. I have been facing continuous negligence from the management despite raising multiple service tickets over the past one month.
Most of my complaints are related to basic amenities not being provided, yet I continue to pay ₹18, 500 per month. There has been no response or action from their service or support team. I have also tried contacting the PG staff and calling various escalation contacts, but to no avail.
My room has no window or ventilation, and I had chosen this room based on the promise of adequate facilities. But unfortunately, even basic comfort and services are not being delivered.in addition, the lift is frequently non-functional, and there is no proper system in place to address resident grievances.
I request immediate intervention and strict action against this service failure. I am also seeking a refund or compensation for the service lapses.

• Immediate resolution of all pending service requests
• Compensation or refund for lack of services
