Stanza Living — Urgent Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Services at Stanza Living Residence

Dear Mr. Anindya Dutta,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the distressing and unacceptable experiences my ward and other students have encountered at your Greater Noida residence located at FFFH+X25, Adelaide House, Plot No. 28/1A, Knowledge Park III.

As a concerned guardian, I am deeply troubled by the consistent and flagrant disregard for basic standards of service and care provided by Stanza Living. Despite our trust in your establishment, the quality of food served to the students has been abysmal. Numerous instances of substandard, and at times, rotten food being provided have come to my attention. This poses a serious health risk and is absolutely unacceptable.

Moreover, the promised housekeeping services have not been provided, contributing to an unhygienic and uncomfortable living environment. It is distressing to note that rather than addressing these issues professionally, the staff, particularly Mr. Pankaj Verma, have displayed unprofessional conduct and even resorted to misbehavior when approached regarding these concerns. This behavior is not only unbecoming of a professional but also completely unacceptable when dealing with students.

I have diligently gathered evidence, including call recordings and testimonials from affected students, to highlight the severity of these issues. The manner in which my concerns were dismissed and my ward was forced to leave the premises by your staff, particularly Mr. Verma, is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the values of your establishment.

It is with great disappointment that I am compelled to inform you that if immediate and substantial actions are not taken to rectify these issues, including a marked improvement in the quality of food, reinstatement of promised services like housekeeping, and appropriate disciplinary action against the staff involved, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the consumer forum and seek legal recourse.

I implore you to take this matter seriously and initiate strict measures to rectify the deficiencies in service and ensure the well-being and safety of the students residing at your establishment. I kindly request a prompt response detailing the actions taken to address these concerns.
