I would like to inform you that the way stanza treats its CUSTOMER is frustrating and feels like harassment. We booked stanza in the hope of receiving a home like experience but it is totally opposite.
From day one we are constantly compromising with the services provided to us and now when we have some issues that we expected people to understand, but stanza people enforcing policy that this is written here.
We are having worst food here. I have left taking food but stanza guy comes in night and takes scan for all food so that it can be counted. No key for rooms, no chair, no table, no proper cleaning, relocation to far & deserted area whenever they want, mANY TIMEs unavailability of water as well.
Payment terms are also not informed clearly...
Close your services if you can't afford. Stanza only believes in making money by providing ### services. Worst business model ever. Was this information helpful? |
