Hi, This is regarding Order number [protected]; which was delivered on 4th March, 2015. I ordered two "Store Smart -Vacuum Bag AID" in one order
. However, Quantity delivered was
only one item. I immediately called up your customer care number
[protected] and I was assured, missing item ( remaining one item) would
be delivered in next two days. It's now 20 day's and neither I have
received any call back from you customer care department nor have I
received missing item from the order. I have already paid entire amount
for the complete order of two items.Though I am following up
with your customer care since 4th March, there is no action on this
complain since last 20 day's. I now have a sense of being cheated by
StarCJ and this is a very serious concern to me and my family. Though
the amount paid is not very high, such instances are adding in
destroying customer trust as well as spoiling STARTCJ's name.I
expect at least after this mail there would be prompt action from
STARTCJ's service center and failing to receive any co-operation or
response to this complain may lead to further consequences.I
would then definitely go ahead and take up this with higher level as
well as other consumer forums for further actions. STARCJ's poor /no
service would be completely responsible for this.
