[Resolved]  Star Cj — Item not working

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchase a LCD from STARCJ Shopping site (Order No: [protected]) but received LCD is not in working Condition, its display is found short. Then I called Star CJ's customer care number, they took my complaint down and promised me to take the necessary action. After that there was no response from there side.

I have also make several call to there customer care but no any concrete response received from them.

I therefore, request you to kindly resolve my problem .
