Star Cj Live — Rico - Food Factory - Faulty product | |||
Hello Everybody, I would like to tell you all and if this is seen by any political parties, please take action against such fake companies who lie to the consumer and once the money is in their pocket, they treat customers like beggar but will not be refunded a single rupee. So here is how Star CJ live tricked me and made few thousands - I saw the Rico Food Factory on Star CJ live, "where they only showed the functionality of the product" So I called to book the product and was waiting got the delivery, on the 2nd day I got the delivery, so I checked the product post finish the formalities with the courier guy. I learned that the product stopped working post 2mins, I was wondering why???, So in a mind [censored]ed mind i called Star CJ customer care for 86 times and at last I spoke to a manager who tells me the product, is not faulty. here this out (Rico is designed to work for 3mins - then rest for 20mins - and work for 3 mins) I told him you guys, but never mentioned that the product will stop working post 3mins, then one has to wait for 20mins for the motor to cool of and then it will work for another 3mins, and the cycle continues with (3mins work - 20mins rest - 3mins work - 20mins rest...) WOW amazing product with a revolutionary feature which will change the future. He says Thank you Sir. he must have though that I was impressed with the product. [censored] him.
