I placed an order for Maharaja whiteline juicer mixer grinder vide docket no.[protected] on 30.1.2016. I received the product on 1st Feb 2016 at about 6pm. However the product received is of low quality and when I tried to remove juicer from the motor I t could not be removed. Hence it was taken to the shop I t was informed that product is repaired one and there are scratches below the mesh. This proves that product is damaged one . This amounts to deficiency in service and fraud.You are therefore hereby called upon to replace the product. The complaint is made within 5 hours from the receipt of the product i.e. well within time. Advocate Deshpnde.
