[Resolved] Star Cj — No response from Complaint Department

I have purchased Lava Velo+ Tablet from Starcj last year. Since it was not working properly, i sent the product to Lava service centre. Lava company gave me the DOA letter for the Refund of money. i sent the scanned copy of DOA letter to [protected]@starcj.com as guided by the customer executives. Even after 5-6 days of my mail, i havent received any call from starcj regarding the procedure of replacement/Refund. i called for more than 15 times to customer care service of starcj, but every time they kept on assuring that i will receive a call within 24 hours. But still i havent received any call, neither any support from starcj. kindly take some necessary actions as early as possible.

Updated by amidherpeth Even after complaining about the issue on 15th August, till today i.e, 22/08/2014 the courier boy has not came yet to pick up the Lava Velo+ tablet. In this way, the company is wasting time, money and energy. Even after calling for so many times, their is no response from Starcj team. This itself proves the poor service given by starcj. Kindly take some necessary actions harshly and provide me the Refund of my money as early as possible.
