[Resolved] Star Cj — No response from Complaint Department | |||
I have purchased Lava Velo+ Tablet from Starcj last year. Since it was not working properly, i sent the product to Lava service centre. Lava company gave me the DOA letter for the Refund of money. i sent the scanned copy of DOA letter to [protected]@starcj.com as guided by the customer executives. Even after 5-6 days of my mail, i havent received any call from starcj regarding the procedure of replacement/Refund. i called for more than 15 times to customer care service of starcj, but every time they kept on assuring that i will receive a call within 24 hours. But still i havent received any call, neither any support from starcj. kindly take some necessary actions as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
