[Resolved] Star Cj — Order not received on time

I have ordered on 19th June and still not receiving my courier.
Calling 2-3 times and also checked online.
They said, will delivered you and after get logged in, I saw a message "not delivered due to time constraint."

They told me to talk Gati courier and they said, we registered your complain.

O God, very poor service, I have ever seen.
