i'm Very disappointed with Star CJ purchase of a Air cooler. i have not received wheels of the product, and when i requested. they said they will resolve in 1 week. even after 10 days there was no resolution. when i called them again, they say since you opened the box. we will not be able to help you. as we don't provide only one part. This is the most pathetic thing i have heard so far.. and would recommend not to purchase any product from them. its just waste of money and poor product with useless gift offers
