I am Muhammed Miqdad the company I am complaining about is STARDAYS DATA ENTRY I recently saw an online advertisement about online data entry through social media. Fraud company owner name is Hashim S/o Hussain. I contacted them and they said this is Kerala based data entry company and those who did complete the job and paid screen short send to me and then they said that this is an agreement based work according to which I took 10k deposit plan and signed agreement and I took their job. Based on the contract. I got the job as per the contract (07/12/2022) and I completed and submitted within the deadline as per the "rules" in the contract. In that agreement it is clearly mentioned that I will get the quality (QC) report within 15 days and according to that I should have got the Qc report (22/12/2022) and also credit my remuneration(23k) within 72 hours. I submitted the work accordingly. But I didn't get the qc report at the earlier mentioned time. They said to send videos instead qc report on the last day (23/12/2022) a mail came and I submitted the video and after that I was in the hospital for a surgery and I couldn't contact them. After my illness got cured I contacted them and told them that I have not received any Qc report or payment as per the agreement. If you can't send the payment that I have done otherwise I asks to refund my deposit but so far no reply so star days data entry is a fake and fraudulent company they are extorting money behind data entry. So friends please be aware of this fake, fraudulent and illegal organization. Their basic slogan is to extort money

ഞാൻ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ മിഖദാദ് ഞാൻ പരാതി പറയുന്ന കമ്പനിയുടെ പേര് STARDAYS DATA ENTRY എന്നാണ് ഓൺലൈൻ ഡാറ്റ എൻട്രിയെക്കുà´�...⇄ ഒരു ഓൺലൈൻ പരസ്യം ഞാൻ അടുത്തിടെ സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയ വഴി കണ്ടു . തട്ടിപ്പ് കമ്പനി ഉടമയുടെ പേര് ഹാഷിം S/o ഹുസൈൻ എന്നാണ്. ഞാൻ അവരെ കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയിതു അവർ പറഞ്ഞു ഇത് കേരള ബേസ്ഡ് ഡാറ്റാ എൻട്രി കമ്പനി ആണ് എന്നും ജോബ് കംപ്ലീറ്റ് ചെയ്യിത്തവർക് പേയ്‌മെന്റ് കൊടുത്തു സ്ക്രീൻ ഷോർട് അയച്ചുതന്നു പിന്നെ ഇത് എഗ്രിമെന്റ് ബേസ്ഡ് വർക്ക്‌ ആണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അത് പ്രകാരം ഞാൻ ഡെപ്പോസിറ് പ്ലാൻ ആയ 10k പ്ലാൻ സൈൻ ചെയ്യുകയും ഞാൻ അവരുടെ ജോലി ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകà´...⇄ ചെയ്യിതു . എനിക്ക് കരാർ പ്രകാരം (07/12/2022)ജോലി ലഭിച്ചു, കരാറിൽ ഉള്ള "നിയമങ്ങൾ" പ്രകാരം ഞാൻ പൂർത്തിയാക്കà´�...⇄ സമയപരിധിക്കുള...⇄ സമർപ്പിച്ചു. à´† കരാറിൽ വ്യക്തമായി പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടà...⇄ എനിക്ക് 15 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളà...⇄ ഗുണനിലവാര (ക്യുസി) റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിക്കുമെന്നàµ�...⇄ അതു പ്രകാരം എനിക്ക് Qc റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ (22/12/2022) കിട്ടണമായിരുന�...⇄ അതുപോലെ 72 മണിക്കൂറിനുളàµ�...⇄ എന്റെ പ്രതിഫലം (23k) ക്രെഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുമെന്നുà´�...⇄ വ്യക്തമായി à´† agreement ഇൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിട�...⇄ . അത് പ്രകാരം വർക് ഞാൻ സമർപ്പിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ നേരത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച സമയത്ത് എനിക്ക് qc റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചില്ല. പകരം വീഡിയോസ് അയക്കണം എന്നുപറഞ്ഞു qc റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ വരണ്ട ദിവസത്തിനുശഷം (23/12/2022)ഒരു മെയിൽ വന്നു ഞാൻ വീഡിയോ submit ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യിതു അതിന് ശേഷം ഞാൻ ഒരു സർജറിക് വേണ്ടി ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ആയിരുന്നു എനിക്ക് പിന്നെ അവരെ ബന്ധപ്പെടാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. എന്റെ അസുഖം ഭേദം ആയ ശേഷം ഞാൻ അവരുമായി കോൺടാക്ട് ചെയ്യ്തു agreement പ്രകാരം ഇതുവരെ Qc റിപ്പോട്ടോ പയ്മെന്റൊ കിട്ടിയില്ല എന്ന് പറയുകയും. ഞാൻ ജോലി ചെയിത പേയ്‌മെന്റ് അയക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ലെകിൽ ഞാൻ ഡെപ്പോസിറ് ചെയിത തുക എനിക്ക് മടക്കി തരുവാൻ ആവിഷപെട്ടു പക്ഷെ ഇതുവരയായി ഒരു മറുപടിയും ഇല്ല അതെകൊണ്ട് സ്റ്റാർ ഡേയ്‌സ് ഡാറ്റാ എൻ‌ട്രി ഒരു വ്യാജവും വഞ്ചനാപരവുമായ കമ്പനിയാണ്, അദ്ദേഹം ഡാറ്റാ എൻട്രിക്ക് പിന്നിൽ പണം കൊള്ളയടിക്കുà´�...⇄ അതിനാൽ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളàµ�...⇄ ദയവായി à´ˆ വ്യാജവും വഞ്ചനയും നിയമവിരുദ്ധവുà...⇄ സ്ഥാപനത്തെക്à´�...⇄ ബോധവാന്മാരായി�...⇄ പണം തട്ടിയെടുക്കàµ�...⇄ എന്നതാണ് ഇവരുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന മുദ്രാവാക്യം
