Date of incident :08/04/2017 Client Number : MP8271 Name: Santhosh Email: [protected]@gmail.com Hi, This is santhosh, i'm accomplishing these service for my personal use, as per the agreement if my driver took leave they have to provide replacement driver today i.e (08/04/2017), my driver took leave suddenly then i informed to star group customer support for replacement driver at 9am, but they provided driver at 11.45am, that is horrible, i was raised complaint to the star group manager he is also justifying like they are correct, i need proper service in my future otherwise i'll cancel this contract from star group bangalore Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
