[Resolved]  Star Health & Allied Insurance — Since 25th december, 2013 - claim was pending for reimbursement

Dear Sir,

I would to inform you that Intimated to star health on 25th December, 2013. all the documents submitted on dated 9th January, 2014 for claim reimbursement. and they have raised query on dated 27th January, 2014 of 3 nos. queries and basis of that all documents collected from hospital concern doctor and submitted on 31st January 2014 with duly checked with Cuttack branch staff concern.

They have received POD no. 265772 as on dated 5th February 2014. However they have updated 15th February, 2014 and then changed updated status 19th February, 2014 again they have raised 2 Nos. queries again that mentioned below;

1. Letter from the treating doctor regarding duration of RA, CAD- IWMI. - Star Health, Kindly Clarify in details (I have already submitted on dated 31st January, 2014)

2. First consultation report, previous treatment details of RA. - Star Health, Kindly Clarify in details (I have already given clarified to them by email on dated 30th January 2014)

I did not understand why they have forcing me above documents for submission.

First I have given complaint to star health grievance for denied cashless facility without physical check-up but they have re-open the issue.
Second they have clarified 2 times with different types opinions against denial cashless facility.
Third I have submitted all the bills with documents verified by their concern person on dated 9th January, 2013.
Forth after given complaint they have intentionally creating disturbance because all the documents submitted but still they have raised query.

I am not worried about my Claim reimbursement, I am only worried how much people suffering same like me.

I hope to understand my problem and provide me solution.
