Health insurance claim rejected stating false reasons

My claim CIR/2026/161130/0617284 for ACL reconstruction surgery got rejected by Star health stating it is a preexisting condition while i got the complete tear of ACL as i slipped down on floor and I was on policy period. It is not a preexisting condition. They rejected the claim telling it is preexisting condition from MRI findings while they are unable to provide me with a proof on what findings in MRI states it is a preexisting injury....

Denial of Cashless Facility
