Please stop spamming me with constant calls regarding purchase of the insurance packages. I don't need any insurance policy. These telemarketing calls are too irritating. I have already informed the team more then once that don't need any of the products or packages please remove me from the potential customers list. Health insurance claim rejected stating false reasons

My claim CIR/2026/161130/0617284 for ACL reconstruction surgery got rejected by Star health stating it is a preexisting condition while i got the complete tear of ACL as i slipped down on floor and I was on policy period. It is not a preexisting condition. They rejected the claim telling it is preexisting condition from MRI findings while they are unable to provide me with a proof on what findings in MRI states it is a preexisting injury....

Denial of Cashless Facility

Unprofessional and abusive behavior from a star health insurance representative

I had a very disappointing experience with staff from Star Health Insurance. I was interested in learning about their insurance plans, but her rude and unprofessional behavior completely changed my mind.

She called me first, and when I tried to ask questions about the policy, she became aggressive and dismissive. At one point, she even said, "Ye log kya premium denge?"

I am writing this with so much frustration and disappointment. My daughter was admittted on 22-10-24 in kims hospital trivandrum, kerala for adenoidectomy surgery.
