Hello Team,
I have purchase the 5Night 6 days Goa holiday package for 5 adults from Star India Holiday on 30th OCT 2021, I have made the payment of 21000/-.
The package was purchased for stay in "Beleza by the beach" resort Goa from 13th Nov 2021 to 18th Nov 2021.

The Vipul Singh ([protected]) from Star India holiday was saying hotel booking confirmation will be send to you by Monday 1st Nov 2021
But I did not received any booking confirmation yet . I tried to call him from Tuesday 2nd Nov 2021 but he is not picking up call nor responding over WhatsApp or SMS. As the staying date is approaching near and they are not replying i am feeling something fishy here.

I am attaching payment receipts and WhatsApp and email conversations here .

Please look into this matter and help me to refund my amount .

Same thing happen with me I booked 3N4D package for Goa, on 19 th Oct. 2021 but till date they don't provide me final confirmation. After hundreds of calls they told us that they don't have availability on my dates. I also filled booking form on 25 Oct. 2021 in meantime they even neither pick my phone calls nor even reply my calls. I booked package from 17 Nov. To 20 Nov.

I can surely say one thing that Star India Holiday is a fraud Company.

Star India Holiday Noida,

Don't do cheap things with your customers. You can't build your empire with peoples hard earning money which you and your executives get by wrong ways.

When we fill booking form since 25 Oct. and clearly mentioned our dates, they why not you tell us real things. Now only five days left from our arrival at Goa. Your executive told us that we don't have availability on your dates. What is this?

One day your company will going deep down by your irresponsible behaviour

Now refund my amount as early as possible.
