The courier box was changed.
The original packing was opened and replaced.
1 x 5 Litre bottle is missing from the consignment.
This indicates tampering/mishandling during transit, which is unacceptable.
This shipment contained valuable goods for business purpose, and such negligence has caused financial loss and loss of customer trust.
I request you to:
Investigate this incident immediately
Take strict action against the responsible staff
Compensate the value of the missing 5L bottle
Share proof of investigation and resolution
If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate this issue to higher authorities and consumer forum.
