My father had booked a package from starinn suites. He paid rs 1, 30, 000 for it. We used their services for our nanital tour. Their so called hotel in nanital is nothing but hostel for students, it was infact 1 km away from nanital. The services were pathetic, once back in noida, we asked for refund from them as during the booking time they told us we can go for refund minus administrative charges of rs 25, 000 at anytime. When i asked them for a refund these guys told they don't have a policy of refund. Their sale guys never told us about this nor are they picking any calls. This is a fraud company. If you check out their facebook page many people have registered complaints against them.
This company is 100% fraud.
