Beauty of a person is not what we can see from outside but what is in the heart of a person. But this seriel focuses on the outward appearance of a person. The female protagonist of the seriel, Nirupama is shown to be an ugly woman (based on outward appearance) and then suddenly after an accident, she is turned into a beautiful lady.
Why is the seriel focusing on the outward appearance of a woman? Couldnt the seriel make the female protagonist shine through her merits and talents? Each day thousands of woman are criticised by the society for their looks. And seriels like these hurt the sentiments of those women. Instead of boosting up their confidence, they are made more aware of the fact that outward appearance is everything.
So, I request the makers of this seriel to change the storyline and focus on the fact that 'dont judge a book by it's cover'. We are an evolving society, so our progress should be towards goodness and eradicating the age-old beliefs of people on looks. Was this information helpful? |
