I am not really a fan of Bengali serials, but recently, I have been watching a serial called "Kotha." It is disheartening to see what is being shown on television these days.

First of all, it depicted a girl being forced into marriage, even after she clearly expressed that she was not ready and wanted to establish herself first. Her family ignored her decision and forced her to marry someone else, showing no respect for her...

The lead role hero Anurag is disrespectful towards his wife and women but he is portrayed as hero here..he has a typical patriarchal thinking, constantly accuses meghla, his wife and suspects her and tortures her mentally..and it is portrayed as normal healthy married life..and meghla the lead actress has no self respect for her own whenever he says sorry she forgives him and always crying and being ideal wife..but actually she is not ideal for any respected women

Today i was watching on star jalsha movies a bengali film named Dwitiyo purush. In this movie the makers used so many of slang languages. But when it's telecast on the tv they haven't even beep or silent those slangs. Its really very uncomfortable to watch this kind's of film with family, remember the kids are also watching these shows, what will learn today's generation's kids? I experienced very bad with jalsha movies, so i request star jalsha authority to look into this matter immediately.

Do Star Jalsa writers think the audience is stupid? This complaint is not directed to a particular serial but almost regarding all the shows. You give us hopes with a good storyline in the promos and after a few episodes you take the audiences' emotions and intelligence for granted. The show eventually becomes irrational, stupid, insulting, sadistic, degrading, and overcompensating. Below are some examples:

Meyebela: A beautiful story with potential, but you ruined it with toxicity. Practicality after a point was nowhere. It's sad the show had to end on such a note because of your negligence and overconfidence.

Anurager Chhowa: How is a doctor (Mishka) so free? How does she have so much time to kidnap people, threaten people, plot, be obsessed, and do all things illegal despite being and apparently popular doctor? Also, we watch these serials for entertainment, not for stress. A person is constantly doing wrong things but doesn't get punished. Are you trying to give people ideas? Also, involving children in adult conversations is ridiculous. P.S. please tie Rupa's hair.

Sandhya Tara: Let's put it simply. Sandhya is a village woman, not mentally retarded. Give that sweet character some dignity. That's what Tara has but Sandhya doesn't. You are literally showing her as a mentally retarded woman who doesn't know how to behave around people. She wasn't this crazy when she was unmarried. Love doesn't make you ill-mannered and eccentric.

Ekka Dokka: I'm glad it ended. Radhika was essentially stupid and arrogant, hiding her toxicity beneath good nature.

Bangla Medium: Great storyline. For once I thought you learnt how to make sense but then again... Where does Indira's arrogance come from!? Why does she not listen to people's advice? Why are they never having a happy moment? Additionally, Bangla Medium school's teachers also have a dressing sense. Why is she wearing hawai chappals below every attire and not proper sandals? Are you indirectly trying to insult Bangla Medium school's teachers? There's still time, take control and make it logical. Note: Once backstabbed or in trouble, real people DO NOT trust strangers like Indira keeps doing.

Gaantchhora: Romance is not all about the couple physically falling on each other. It's exhausting how you define romance. You're ruining it. There's still a little hope with this story but please make it rational. Elderly people staying in Mandir instead of police quarters is insensitive and not togetherness. They're homeless, no cash in hand, but can rent fancy dresses to trespass, and wear well ironed different clothes everyday. Howwwww? The so called wealthy family does not have another house. Howww? The women's jewellery also changes with attires even when they're homeless. Which real couple after years of being married and having kids refer to each other as "Aapni"? Aapni is for strangers or elderly not for your husband you had a love marriage with. In an Arranged marriage setup it's still understandable for 1-2 years of marriage. Ganga and Ayushman were classmates and call each other aapni like strangers. Is that even real? And "babu"? Ayushmann Babu!? What even!?

Horo Gouri Pais Hotel: Again, started out really good. Very impressive. But again, you filled it with toxicity, negativity, and male chauvinism. Yes, Oishani is standing up against it, but don't you think you're making her character also forcefully broad-minded after a point? The mentality that Prabhakar is showcasing is downright insulting to women.

Your channel holds a lot of power but you're misusing it by spreading negativity and toxicity. If you try show relatability, at least be rational and realistic. Don't add on to the stress we already have in our lives by hurting the characters we like. Also, don't give toxic ideas to people with bad intentions. It's time you take the after-effects of your jobs seriously.

With the rubbish writing you have, I'd rather ignore the horrible mismatching jewellery your characters wear.

Lots of thing about this serial. This serial is surviving for last couple of months just because of those 2 kids, their natural expression and acting are commendable. It has many more strong actors but sadly not been utilizing them properly. This serial writter has certainly doesn't have much work to do because same dialogues, same script and same scenes are repeating again and again. Surya character becomes a circus clown 🤡 because of...

Now a days this star jalsa is casting some spiritual serials in which the directors dont show the original matter they change the original matter and cast it, from this the normal people is learning wrong spirituality, this channel is very bad, for money the cast anything

This serial is going on with a very convincing manner, however, the script towards characterization of Bithi Masi day by day going towards downward with a most unconvincing manner. Her acts look alike the sub standard Hindi serials of Ekta Kapoor. Try to improve the script for her in a sober manner.

Still nobody asked Khori how she was out of Hospital under ICU in senseless condition. Strange! After all there should be a limit of making idiotic stolyline.

We hope that in future, Star Jalsa should start some really good serials with substances towards better entertainment of the viewers with positive message for the society.

Many thanks for discontinuation of one of the most bogus and garbage serials, Alta Foring. Now it is high time to discontinue the next one i.e. Gantchora. Does the writer could explain how a patient under ICU, all of a sudden vanishes from the Hospital and suddenly appears in her house to celebrate Holi, in perfectly hale and hearty condition, how ridiculous????????????????? and Nonsense!

Somewhere in social media, it is reported that Maybela is not getting good TRP. Very strange to know this. This is the first time I am watching a serial that seems a very well pre-written story line with a very realistic manner.
Nowhere it seems as an usual daily soap opera category serial, rather reflects an impression of neighbourhood real story. All characters are so simple, without any special make-up/ and performed very very well with in-depth touches of human feelings. Keep it maintain throughout the full serial.

So far as the TRP is concerned, very strange how the serials like Forign, Gatchora type absurd and most nonsense, Amitabh's hindi films type garbage serials are getting high TRPs.

Pls stop the third class substandard serial Guddi as it is too cheap in every way, morally degrading, uninspiring, worse than the worst. If something positive can be brought in place of Guddi viewrs will be pleased. Character of Guddi has become like an ulcer

Up-to what extent the makers of the most of serials believe that the audiences are pure fool???????

1. Foring- Seems that the team does not have a brain at all. How Babu type so gentleman turned to a cheap Villain of 70s hindi films type?

2. Gantchora-- How Rahul alone could sale the total property of which main owner is their Grandfater, for whose signature once Mr. D. was tried to put his signature on the stamp paper. How ridiculous!

3. Shaber Chiti-- All celebrities have nothing to do with their main business; all are involved in cheap tricks of family turmoil.

Back ground music of all broadcasted bengali serials are TOO LOUD CAUSING ANNOYANCES AND UNABLE TO FOLLOW DIALOGUES.
Quality of background music are western.

For the last several months Alta Foring is just unbearable, still how the channel continue this most stupid serial, GOD knows. Recent episodes are more garbage day by day. It is the peak time to stop this pure garbage Scrap

Every serial telecasted by Star Jalsa is telecasted at least twice a day. But since some time the serial called Radha Krishna is telecast only once a day which is again at eleven o'clock in the night.Which is very popular with the audience since long. A few days back, the telecast time of this serial was not too bad at 1:30 PM.But in that place the worst is dusted with a serial which is again telecast at eight o'clock in the night.Due to this, viewers are not able to watch the Radha Krishna serial during the day as per their convenience.Therefore, I request you to telecast this serial at 1.30 pm as before.So that we all benefit.

This is very shocking to us, the judgement of the reality show dance dance junior season 3..Aradhya and bansh one of the talented, finest, strongest contestant among all the participants.But they are eliminated last week 6th November just as of a inhuman way.. This is very injustice activities to them.. In yesterday's episode (30.8.2022) how Amrapali lodges a FIR on fraudulent of money transaction by Babu, whenever, she done it at the night time from the Bank's mother computer. Now the question is that the Police should enquire about the timing of the transaction and should raise the question to the Bank Manager that how it may happened at the time when the Bank was officially closed.

Yesterday's Episode it has been shown that Amrapali enters the Bank in the late night via back side Gate and made online transactions to the accounts of Babu's family members from the Bank's amount to pretend that Babu has made this transaction and to arrest him on the ground of fraudulence of bank money. How does it possible? As per rules, the timing of transaction is mentioned as per below quote searched via Google RBI rules:

So, the question is that why the script writer believes that we, the audiences are absolute fools..

Again same thing. Nothing different. Years after years, same thing is being shown in serials. Same thing. A hero or the male protagonists die in an accident then after some days or months, the male protagonists return, as if they are part of Gods or like Jesus who have the ability to reseruct and come back alive. If Serials are supposed to be realistic not fantasy type then stop airing same thing. Recently in this garbage serial - Dhulokona, the male died. And the post death scenes are way too irritating. The mother, wife, ex-wife, relatives, neighbours all are doing so so so much over acting that it seems too boring. Same thing. In other serials as well, the hero dies in some sudden accident, wife cries as if the world is Annihilated and tells that her so-called LOVE OF HER LIFE is still alive and guess what the hero does eventually come back. COMPLETE ### story keeps on returning again and again and again. Stop this. That over acting scenes acted by below the average actors mainly main characters' actors are too much irritating and creating bad atmosphere. Stop this serial at once and please keep the damn hero dead for good. Be creative already LOL

Mini is a madwoman, so she should be kept as a madwoman. She looks crazy here. She understands his own affairs very well. She arrange her own marriage, bah.There are many more things that are impossible for a madwoman. I liked her character, but now I felt like it went downhill in later episodes..

Please donot stop airing...
