Star News — Against Kotak Mahindra Bank

Dear sir, This is the complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank. I have withdrawn Rs.1000 from Kotak Mahindra ATM on 19thJune 2015 from their Dwarka More ATM. The note I received was a single 1000 rupees note but it was two different notes pasted in the middle. So the number at both corner ends were different. When I went to nearest Kotak bank to replace the fake note, they denied to do the same. Today is the second time I visited Kotak Mahindra, Dwarka, Sector 5 branch with ID proof and mini statement of ATM, but the branch manager Mr.Saurabh Kohli denied to replace and said that they will forward my case to their respective division, but don't know how much time will it take to sort this out.I don't know how the fake note reaches their ATM, but why do a customer like me has to suffer. Please see to this that something should be done and nobody will have to go through this kind of harassment in future. Regards, Ganesh Singh. [protected].
