Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is highly irresponsible behavior and treatment to the new customer who is willing to open a saving account in your Kotak Mahinder Bank, MG Road Indore Branch.

Mr Amarendra Singh with Mobile Number +91-7566668132 promised me that my account will be opened within 24 hours. I visited your bank I think on 8-9 Oct 2017 and Mr Amarendra Singh opened my account with a balance of Rs. 10000 (Which I though can be opened with zero balance but he said that zero account balance saving account can only be opened through Paytm which I did not understand and...

I was using a Kotak Urbane credit card, which i request to deactivate on April 2015 before i was travelling abroad. Recently i was back and came to know that this was not done. Recently i came to know that some penalty is put on the card and i am getting the payment statement of 1800. From past one month i have been trying to contact you customer care to sort this issue. But no one has responded till now....

I have opened savings a/c in kotak date-14th aug-17. But yet I have not received debit card and net banking pin. only I get cheque book. I had enquired in branch but there is showing card status close. How can they close debit card without any call. I didn't get any call from bank . also I applied to dmat trading a.c. and I get all documents and kit of regarding trading account on the same registerd adderess but not received debit card on same.address. so request to you please confirm me when will get my card.its urgent ......

Dear si r,
i just opened shop at patel marg in jaipur and open bank account in your bank branch of mansarowar at jaipur. In the starting i met mr abhishek who is working account open department and he assured me that after open account in bank, bank will give swipe machine in 5 days after account open and also told me that after account open your bank branch team member will come to my shop and help me how to use net banking .

but after almost 20 days spend neither i got swipe machine and nor any banking officer help me in use net banking..i really disappointed after seeing...

Deduction in my account

Dear sir,

This is the complaint about the too much deduction of money made to me by kotak mahindra bank regarding amb non maintenance charges. After having 3700 rs in my account, i was getting the messages of amb non maintenance charges and there was the deduction of 1200 rs. From my account. As for non maintenance charges this much amount is not legal to deduct so i want the reversal of the money immediately as i am facing shortage of money.

Kotak Mahindra Bank — kotak app shows loan approved but no response

Dear kotak team
I have my salary account in your bank and in my mobile app its shows that i am eligible for 270000 loan so if i proceed for 170000 loan for 3 year its shows your request is submitted but afterwards no response

Now i am getting application reference number #plk4z0adym

My colleagues are getting easily personal loan without verification from their mobile app from other banks

Then why kotak taking so long?...

This two people are fooling me around since last 10 to 12 days for my credit card activation.
Poonam had called and taken my payment due with credit card of rs.9250/- and promised me that she will active my card by in 2 days and still not activated the card and they dont have even have the courtesy to call the customer and update about the same even after promising.
Want a strict action should be taken from your end and...

Hi,

It is to inform that i p. Vajra rani, closed the four wheeler account in kotak mahindra bank and also got clearance certificate. But still it is reflecting in cibil

Due to which my cibil score is reducing.
Its been more than a year i am facing this issue which is still not yet resolved.
No proper response from kotak mahindra bank. Did not expect such a customer service. I have personally sent them email to their head office email address. Hope to get the response asap

Kindly look into this and remove the account details from cibil....

I applied housing loan with LIC HFL, they are rejected my loan, i asked the question they told you have already 2 existing loan with canara bank that to more then Crore, when i checked in my cibil report i came to know, still no one responding, Canara Bank has been others Loan account are mapped to my PAN Number.

I'm trying to call kotak customer support center from last week continuous but always my call get disconnected instantly. Do really customer support exist or they are busy in advertising 811.
I have requested for pvr gold card online which has been accepted then why do i have been sent league card? I'm already using 6 banks credit card but this type of service is exceptional. I have broken league credit card in 4 pieces you can collect it back. If you can issue pvr gold card then contact me.
Even i tried to find email id for kotak credit card customer service but none exist. Only...

Kotak Mahindra Bank — net banking complaint

An amount debited in my kotak bank account through net banking ref. Pg-0047010264 on 4.10.17 rs.855/-to vediocon d2h, as per kotaak cus care fund received to vediocon and as per beneficiary fund not receive to beneficiary, as per vediocon fund reverted back to kotak a/c ref. # 1507094003, but not credited in my a/c till today. I have already lodge complaint earlier but still no resolution.

Kotak Mahindra Bank — I got deducted due to auto debit

In the begginning i enables auto debit to my credit card latter after a month i disabled auto debit payment even though i am get charged every month. This happening since 4 months. This is not fair at all. Every month i am getting autodebit failed and i am getting deduced around 600 rupees and few other charges also applied. Get me a solution for this.
I never thought kotak mahindra bank will do like this to a customer. I am not happy with the services...

Kotak Mahindra Bank — account which doesn't belong to me got reported in cibil

Hello,
My cibil report shows an account from kotak bank with number bf1p027874. When i disputed this since i never had any account/loa /relationship with kotak bank, i got message asking me to check with kotak bank.

Kotakbank - bf1p027874 does not belong to me no change - please get in touch with your credit institutions for the required correction.

Hence i kindly request kotak bank officials to fix this error and remove this entry from my cibil report.

1) ivr of kotak not working properly. I am trying to call for last 15 days and unable to connect. Very pathetic service by such a reputed bank.
2) credit card helpline is at below par. Unable to talk to any of executives on call. Everytime i call and about to connect, it just ended automatically.

I had opened a saving account in your aashiyana lucknow branch on 16-10-17 and complete a payment of 20000 for opening account but after opening account in my account showing zero balance. The amount should credited in account instantly because payment mode is online and that bank where that amount has to be debit that bank confirming the amount is debited from my account and credited in kotak bank account. In year 2007 i was having salary account in abn amro bank and after some time i took one credit card. I used around 2-3 years and paid all the bills on time, one time it happens that i missed the payment and they put around rs-350/ penalty/interest etc..
