Delay morethan 2 months of top up disbursement

Despite a sanctioned amount of ₹27.5 lakhs and completion of all required formalities, the disbursement has been unnecessarily delayed and done in a fragmented and unprofessional manner over months. The promised personal top-up component is still pending, even though the balance transfer was completed long ago.
This delay is causing serious financial inconvenience and reflects extremely poor service and commitment.

Payment done by me merchant not responding and money is deducted from my bank account

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have already raised a complaint regarding my UPI transaction, but it has been more than 20 days and the issue is still not resolved. This delay is completely unacceptable.
The payment was made via Paytm to an individual account, and I strongly suspect this is a fraudulent transaction. I request you to treat this case as urgent fraud and take immediate action to trace and recover my funds.

    Irrelevant bank deduction

    The bank has deducted money from my account without any transaction record. My balance now shows zero, whereas it should be around 400–450.

    मैंने कोटक बैंक से 3 साल पहले लोन था 848000 का और लास्ट मंथ उसकी ईएमआई टाइम पे की कभी भी बाउंस नहीं होने दी. लेकिन लास्ट ईएमआई और अप्रैल को जानी वो किसी मेडिकल की प्रॉब्लम से ओवरड्यू हो गई वो 20084 की ईएमआई थी उस ईएमआई का 13000 मैंने 03/05/2025 को जमा कर दिया. लेकिन बैंक के कलेक्शन एग्जीक्यूटिव और रिकवरी एजेंट मुझसे अपमान जनक बाते करने लगे और धमकी देने लगे की अभी पे करो वरना तुम्हारे रिलेटिव को कॉल करने और चोर बोलने लगे
    माँ बहन करने की धमकी देने लगे कॉल पर.

    में उनकी बात चीत और पेमेंट के स्क्रीन शॉट भी अटैच कर रहा.

    I took a loan of 848000 from Kotak Bank 3 years ago and I paid the EMI on time last month and never let it bounce. But I got to know about the last EMI in April that it became overdue due to some medical problem. It was an EMI of 20084 and I deposited 13000 of that EMI on 03/05/2025.
    But the bank's collection executive and recovery agent started talking to me in an insulting manner and threatened me to pay immediately or else they would call my relatives and call me a thief. They also threatened to abuse my mother and sister on the call.

    I am also attaching the screenshots of their conversation and payment.

      How can I get my money back ..
      Other wise I will file a complain against kotak bank .
      How could bank automatically deduct the money with out my permission form my own account...

      I was contacted by an agent from Kotak, who would call me on daily basis asking me to invest in an assured savings policy. Upon hearing the details, I was not convinced but he kept insisting that I should take these two policies. He mentioned that these policies have 3-year lock in period and after 3 years, I can withdraw the entire money.
      To my surprise, when time came to pay the second premium, I was informed by my relationship manager that the amount from these policies will be returned after 15 years and 76th year, respectively. I was beyond shocked! I did not want to pay INR 2 lacs per policy every year for so many years. Had I known this, I would have not invested. The policy papers were sent to an address where I do not reside anymore. I had requested for address change as well but there was no support. I am really shocked with this kind of misinformation and my complaints have been closed despite me sharing all screenshots. I request Kotak to please refund me my amount, I am not seeking for any interest from them at all. Just please refund me my amount that I had invested. This is our hard-earned money, and no one should be allowed to make a fool o[censored]s like this. I am very appalled that a bank like Kotak is conducting such false business with their customers.

          Unauthorized charges debited after filling petrol at petrol pump

          I am a Kotak 811 account holder and this is the first time I am facing this issue .I paid Rs.501 to a Petrol Pump on 13th January and today on 15th January my account was automatically debited for Rs.5.91(TIPS/SCHGS/EXH//ATO*JYOTSNA FILLINGST) without my knowledge . Why we should we pay extra. Too sad, and I know 5 or 6 rupees is a very small amount but what if they have been doing this with many other customers, and also I am not paying...

          Today, 08.01.2025, i received a call from on behalf of Kotak Mahindra bank, one the laywer named mr karthik of high court chenai. he is speaking to me on the Chamber No. 14.

          he is say to me, threatening to send me a notice, saying that I should pay the loan I took from Citi Finance. This is the 3rd person in this type of call.
          I have kept all the audio and documentary evidence. i filed consumer case aginst kotak mahindra bank, they are receing the summon. but bank did not appear in the Consumer Court hearing against Kotak Mahindra Bank, Therefore, I have confirmed that this type of call is a fraud. so i request to kotak immediate action to above calls to take necessary action.

          so i have trying to filing against the call and a complaint log with Cyber ​​Crime.

            I made a transaction of Rs. 529 on 27-Feb-2024. On the same day, the merchant has initiated the refund from our side and says it will be credited 1 to 14 business days or take up to 45 business days. Still not credited in my Kotak rupay credit card ending with 2030. I contacted the merchant today, he says we refunded successfully from our side. Please contact your bank.               I travelled to my hometown on 08th Dec 2024, Rs. 50 charged for one side and Rs. 25 need to be charged for the return before 24hrs. But the toll plaza charged Rs. 50 again for round trip.
              I have raised complaint in kotak fastag app and they declined the complaint without any reason.
              when I called customer care they told me that Rs. 25 was deducted extra for which there is no process of getting the money back.
              when I approached NHAI customer care they insisted me to approach fastag customer care.
              I have raised complaint for 2 time for which Kotak Mahindra declined my request. This is the 3rd time I have faced the issue.

                  Unjustified charges on credit card transaction

                  I purchased airline tickets from Saudia Airline using my Kotak Bank credit card, As per, the invoice transaction is in INR, and the place of sale indicated on the ticket is Delhi. Despite this, I was charged a foreign transaction fee of 3.5% plus GST, even though the transaction occurred in India and was processed in INR.
