Star Vijay / Vijay Tv — I'm complaining about channel not showing

North gandhigramam, Karur, Tamil nadu.

Vijay tv was not showing properly for tha past 2 weeks especially at evening and night times.
Last week also I raise a complaint but no action was taken, its my huge request please take action.
