Star Vijay / Vijay Tv — Subtitles issue for Tamizhum Saraswathiyum serial

We were daily watching serials in Vijay tv with the help of subtitles provided in every serial. I'm having hearing problem so with the subtitles it is easy to understand! Now the subtitles for Tamizhum Saraswathiyum serial is not coming like before and I am finding it very difficult. Please understand and kindly solve this issue for me.
