The complaint is about Aaha Kalyanam serial first of all the starting point itself a worst thing, a normal middle class family is cheating a rich family by acting as they're so wealthier just to marry their three daughters to the bachelors of that rich family, which is actually illegal and fraudulent, my question is can't those girls work hard and achieve in their career and marry someone they love. What's kind of stereotypical scene it is to marry a guy just because she sat on that stage, the whole family is forcing her to marry that guy, doing a marriage by forcing someone is actually illegal. Then another unethical thing is that really practically possible for a single woman to cook for a family of 15 and to do all the house hold chores, and all other people will be simply sitting on the couch, what kind of practice is this. First where are the sisters of Goutham and Vijay, and who is the father of Goutham character and husband of Chithra Devi character, there's no revelation about that still now and none of the daughter in laws of that family have questioned about that including the recently married Anamika character. Basically the serial is teaching the society to survive in this patriarchal society without breaking any stereotypical patriarchal customs of the society. In today's episode i.e episode 437 what authority does the family and that grandfather Vedhachalam have to take decision in the personal life of Vijay and Anamika? Few episodes back when Surya admited that he is the father of Azhagi, his wife Maha went to her mother's house and was ready to divorce Surya actually that's the correct thing, but when Anamika did the same thing the whole family is portraying her in a way that her behaviour is bad, why no one from the family has tried to console Anamika so far? because she is also a victim in this situation, if the family is so concerned about that child, people who are giving suggestions in others life should adopt that child and rear her. As Vijay is married and having a child through an affair from his past he can arrange a custody for that child's development and should take care of all her expenses, there are so many adults in that family right? From that someone can take custody of that child, Vijay and Anamika can live their life in some other city without damaging anyone's peace of mind. Everyone in that family knews that Vijay and Anamika are having lots of conflicts, everyone is educated and affluent too can't you people advise them to go for a marriage counseling, but you people and the director won't do that, the director's next step is going to be portraying Anamika as bad as possible and remove her from that family and make Vijay marry to his so called friend Prabha. These kinds of serials and movies are the no.1 thing in damaging the value of real male- female friendships. At last successfully koteeshawari will marry all her incapable three daughters to the guys of that rich family so that they can survive or else they can't survive, achieve, can't gain financial freedom on their own by being daughters of a middle class parents but they can do that by being DILs of a rich family. How demotivating it is for the many women aspirants. This serial is basically teaching the middle class bachelorettes and parents of them to somehow get married to a rich guy and stay in that relationship even if they go through any kind of inequality, injustice, domestic violence or even if they don't like to live with that guy.
