Star Vijay / Vijay Tv — Vijay TV shows not uploading to hulu

It has been well over three weeks since Vijay TV has uploaded them . When I reached out to Hulu they clearly stated that the issue is with Vijay TV. Trying to reach Vijay TV has been in vain and it just seems that they don’t care about the customers. It is frustrating to not know an answer as to whether this will be resolved or will not be addressed, so that we can cancel the subscription accordingly.
Worse yet, that the Hotstar app doesn’t work here either due to geo-fencing. Please help
