Stark Data Solution — part time

Pretty much the same experience plus I went one step ahead.
I agreed to work and they asked me to complete around 800 forms in 7 days. Believe me it was not a part time task, but some how I managed to complete it in time.
Then after I got a mail that out of the work I done only 689 are correct and my payout is around 17k .
Next thing a girl calling me, claiming to be from legal department of Stark data solution, and asking me to pay Rs. 3999/- as my output is below 90% correct.
I asked them to share quality check report but I haven't got it yet.
They're totally fraud.
Now I want to report this matter, not just for my sake, but for others too, because I'm sure that they have done this to others also.
Please advise.

I was looking for part-time online jobs so I posted a job inquiry on the quickr then I got call from a person on the call he said that he calling from stark data solution Vadodara and they provide online part-time jobs with no security deposit and then he asks me to send id proof on the same WhatsApp number I was traveling at time so then I told him that I no able compete to the regeneration process but he told me that " Sir you just send id proof and email id first I will create you id for company then afterward we can complete the registration" So I send him the email id and id proof then he sent me an agreement on the email and he forced me to reply on that email as "I agree". But before that I read the agreement and ask him about the "3999/-" he said "this amount is paid by the company to the client you don't have to pay this amount" and I asked him are your sure about it because the agreement said that I have to pay the amount he said "no sir the company has to pay the amount" so I replied "I Agreed" This happened on 12/08/2019 after this on 16/08/2019 he contacted me on whats app and then on 19/08/2019 Some lady called from same company's legal department and on-call she shouted "you have to pay 4000/- now or in future you have to pay us 16000/-" on I won't pay anything and hang up the phone then on whats app she is sending me bank details to send the money in there account and telling if not paid before time they will send me legal notice.

But in my case she blocked me

Seriously I also have done the complaint against them.same thing happened with me they both blocked me. Before blocking she said jo karna he karle.
Now we will have to show them ki ham kya kr sakte he.

The name which I mention that are also not their real names. I know the actual name with location.
I have proper address we can easily catch them.

The agreement they send us that is also fake. Because we have not sign any agreement we only mail them that we are agree to work with them which is not proper.
Even they are not responding blocking us and ignoring us it is the totally cleared they are fake. We all have proof guys don't sit quite.

On 16th august I got a call from shruti ([protected]) & she said to join their company.she said me about part time work & said to do i agree mail to show the third party that you are joining us.i mailed them & she send me login id & password to do the work.
Believe me it was not part time work i was doing 7 hrs work daily.on 23rd august i have completed my work & said her to do my payment.on that same day i have received their mail in that they wrote my 691 forms are right out of 800 & as per their agreement they want 720 right forms.After mail i got a call from anjali ([protected])she said i have to pay 4000rs penalty for that.But i said anjali before agreed the agreement i talked about penalty charges with shruti & that time shruti said "aapko kuch nai pay karna he mam vo sir[censored]nke liye hota he jo bichmese work chhod dete he" so that i agreed the agreement but now anjali said "vo meri employee he" i said her to send my form details which i filled wrong but she is not ready to send it & talking me with a very cheap language.she used to say that she will send legal notice if i will not pay them.but i said her to deduct that penalty money from my work payment so she said "company aapke hisab se nai chalegi".I asked her what about my work payment then she said after your penalty payment you will get your payment within 15-20 min.So i said her to mail me like this that you will do my payment & she mailed me like "you will get your payment within 24hr".
I have transferred 4000rs penalty payment to this company on 23rd august & now it is 26th august still i dint get my work payment.
i am doing call to shruti and anjali but they both are not receiving my call not even replying messages.
Today i send message them that i will do complaint against them then her reply comes "jo karna he karle".
Now i got the proof that they are totally fraud guys be aware from them & i am requesting all of you dont sit quietly otherwise they will do it again & again.
please do complaint against them & take a legal action against them.
it is not loss of only 4000 rs it is loss of our trust & they will get the chance to do it again & again.
i am sharing some screenshots of their messages so you will get an idea about how they are talking lie with no limits.

Guys cool down and try calling them. I understand that we have all worked hard. But try calling them once and speak politely just once. I hope they will understand you'll and will give you the salary. I did the same I called up some other employee whom I transferred the money and now they are assuring that I'll get my payment with the refund amount 4000. Thank you so much Stark Company.
And I hope I'll get it soon. I'll trust them this time.
