I want to close the loan. i am asking for a close letter. still now i have not reived and daily i am reciving calls. On huge line. They are insulting me.

With reference to the above subject matter I would like inform you that there is an outstanding amount reflecting in my name hence my cibil score is getting affected badly. I have already paid the dues for which noc is issued by you.

I am attaching the noc with this mail for your reference. Kindly clear the outstanding amount and update my cibil score as soon as possible.

I have a credit line account with stashfin. And I want to close it permanently. But there is no customer service support to close it. Kindly help. Stashfin has a pathetic customer service support.

I had taken a loan amount of 1.2 packs from this company made one payment and had lost my job they have been calling ever since from two months . Someone named Ashis Sharma called me and said u pay 67000 and we will settle your account and with in 30 mins I will receive my loan closure letter I payed the amount and it reflected on my account that I paid but I did it get my noc. Some one called again after an hour ans said that I have to make...

I have opened stashfin account and tried to add fund to my virtual card. My money is debited from my account but money is not showing to stashfin virtual card. Contacted to customer care thorough chat but no solution still. Please Refund my money if I am Not eligible. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
I have attached paytm transaction details, My bank statement, Screen shots of app and messege screen shot.
I have raised a TICKET# 856527 which is not solved yet
