Harassment and threat by agent

Dear Team,

I took personal loan on 26th september 2024 Loan ID-KB240926GNKQA till Aug 2025 I was regularly pay the emi. But Last 2 month I am facing huge financial & medical problems so unable to pay at time this month (due was on 2nd September) and informed the agent that I will pay with late fee.

i don't know how did they got my relatives no's, they are breaching my privacy on social media too.

Unprofessional Harassment and Privacy Breach by KreditBee Agents

Last year, I took out a loan of around ₹100, 000 from KreditBee and made 3 to 4 EMI payments. However, I suddenly lost my job and couldn't continue making the payments. Dear Team,

I took personal loan on 5th april 2023 Loan ID-KB230405GELVF till may 2024 I was regularly pay the emi afterward I lost my job However I managed the pay the EMI TILL SEPTEMBER 2024 along all the charges. But Last 2 month I am facing huge financial & medical problems so unable to pay it.

I default my loan for finance hardship now agents are call my reference number and contact my wife and Harassing.

I am bir bahadur a customer of kredit bee loan app. My loan ac. No. KB240707DAKKB. I have paid 3 emi on before due time. But now some finance issue I can't arrenge money for my loan repay to kredit bee. I have multiple loans from others app also. And cant paid any loan amount for my financial issue. Multiple Calls and Messages Daily for a Loan that is not availed

Address: Bengaluru

I have purchased a new mobile connection, and the number is not used with any online app, company or portal.

KreditBee have been on a daily basis sending messages and calling atleast 8-10 times a day for a loan of Rs.1500.

I am neither a client of Kreditbee nor I have availed any loan from Kreditbee. I had also sent an email to Kreditbee informing the same however, no action has been taken.

This company is collecting all the personal contact information without my permission and the executives calling to them with abusinve words. How come a company can get all the information without the owners permission.

    Hi Myself Vikas, I have not taken any loan from Kreditbee, but since a week I'm being tortured to pay the money from auto recorded line, I'm getting too many calls even at night 1:30, 3:30 and 5:30 even at the daytime I'm getting too many calls, i have raised a complaint with Kreditbee customer service a week back but still I'm getting calls, i got a call from their customer service executive called Anusha, i have explained the thing but still I'm being tortured.

        Fraud company spamming me with random phone numbers

        We really need to file a collective lawsuit against this fraudulent company.
        Imagine blocking every spam calls from this company, and they still create new random phone numbers to spam us. They know we have blocked them, they know we dont want anything to do with them. This is highly devious and illegal.
        Btw how did they get my number in the first place. I have never hear of this company before the spam calls started....
