Hi I spoke yesterday I got a call from Stashfin and I have taken time till 25 even I have got msg on my phone that as you promise pay before 20 July 2022 but now again I got call just now and this Madam is threatening me that she will going to call on my contact List what is this if I have taken a last chance to pay then why the stashfin recovery team is threatening me and forcing me to pay on call please look into this matter otherwise I have to report this goons recovery team to my nearest police station

I applied for a loan in the stashfin app and after submitting all the documents, they sent a mail telling my loan is approved and amount disbursed to my account and it will take maximum 24 hours to get the amount in the account. Now it's almost 3 days, still the amount is not credited in my account. Now in the app the emi date started counting also. How can they start showing emi date without giving the cash. Cheating

I have load 10k amount on 11 July 2022, but emi has been started but there is not showing in my card balance. I have contacted the customer care they told me wait 24 to 48 hours the amount will be added in my account or card but amount not added my account till now.
Your chat executive told me again and again wait 24 to 48 but problem is not resolved yet.

If you're working on the raised ticket but my loan amount is not credited in my account also emi date is coming.

I am not satisfied with your service and customer support.

I am again requested to you that my loan amount is credited to my account as soon as possible.

Your customer support executive (JIYA, ARVIND, PANKAJ, RAJ) also told me that we are working on your issue but they will not give exactly what's going on.

You are driving fake application ðŸ˜¡ I am very disappointed for this application.
There is no call or reply of my mails from your side. Issue not resolved till date.

Yes same problem 14 july loan disbursement but amount not credited my card and emi start... already 6 days complete but amount not credited... stashfin froud company...

Hi, I got this number recently and the previous used by my cousin he expired 45days back.
Company is calling me and my relatives and threatening so kindly stop calling.
Since the person who took the loan is expired already.
Don't torture his relatives and me for the person's mistake, they are not aware of anything and neither me.

In last year September I have applied for loan of 3000 and and they said that it is credit building loan so I have applied and they give 500 only and they said if you clear all EMIs of 3000 for 6 months you get remaining 1500 rs and 1000 will used to credit build but due to loss of my job I'm not able to pay and I after placed in job I'm asking to pay they asked 6600 including pentalty and I'm asking why I have to pay that much amount and they said Remaining 1500 will credited to your account so I'm compromised due to loss of my cbil score I have cleared loan but still they didn't credited my remaining Amount please help me.

I got 500rs loan from stashfin. And am ready to pay 500, but they are asking for 6600. I didnt get 1paisa xtra from them. My account got credited with 384 on Dec21. I asked for a link of 500, settlement mail letter, but in vain. When they call, they go on reading script, and speaking bad languages. SO nothing is going to happen taking 2them. Please help me.

The loan was disbursed three days ago of 28553 rs, and emi for 9 months was also generated but the issue is this 28553 amount has to be loaded on the Stashfin credit line card which hasn't been loaded I waited for 24 hrs and after contacting help and support I got an ticket id #798541 I got an assurance 2 days before I would be contacted for solution regarding my issue but no one contacted yet their toll free no. Is also just for raising ticket. The company grievance officer number is also getting busy engage. Please help regarding this issue or else company can resolve this only during their emi collection time

I Dilip Kumar took a loan or Rs. 57, 000 and due to financial crises and loss of my job I couldn't repay the amount after two-three email, I want settle the amount but you recovery team asking higher amount to pay. They calling me and my family and harassing them, abusing over the call and by visiting home.

Please stop the calls as I am seeking help to settle the amount but they are constantly calling me and threating and abusing from the [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc. number

Please took necessary action against the them otherwise I will suicide and file a case against stashfin and their recovery agents. I am in highly tension now

I took loan from stashfin but not abail to pay loan due to my father was expired I had wrote many times mail and also contact with customer executive but every time customer care executive misbehave
And maild to kuch time till date no reply
Yes i want to paid loan
Because before this loan I took many times with stashfin and every time I pad my loan on time but on this time my father was expired I am not abail to pay
I request please give me only 15 days i paid all pending amount
