DEAR SIR,

I am Rohit Rajput.My cibil report shows suit filed.Loan Account Number - 3848921. My login no. Is [protected].
I have paid this company but still my cibil report shows this. And I have tried to contact this company many times by mail and phone that I am willing to pay the remaining amount.Even they did not contact me and now due to this I am not able to take any loan. So Humble Request If you can help me a little then it would be great.I am willing to pay them all and it would be great if they call me soon and tell me how to pay.Moreover, I paid the amount they asked me to pay. That too is showing in my cibil report.So please help me quickly and free me from this trouble.This is a fraud company, I feel because they are not cooperating with me in any way.And even after I paid the money it is showing in my account please remove the suit filed of this loan number from my account.I have sent this mail and attached the receipt of payment And sent them the mailed screenshot and my cibil report.
Please help immediately.

      I want to lodge a complaint against this stashfin fraud. I got a call from these nos. +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] saying that they want to verify the account and to activate the card they need an OTP. After that I got these transaction notifications.
      In the transactions it is showing that I have used 1, 48, 625 in total but I have not done any transactions with this card. I am trying to contact stashfin customer care but they just disconnect the call. I've also attached a screenshot of the transaction log.
      Now the people from Stashfin are calling me daily to pay the amount.

            I have a dispute regarding a loan of amount 5000 inr from stashfin (Akara capital).
            I already made my payment but in my cibil still show pending amount that's affected my cibil from last 9 months. I called them but they never pick my call please resolve this I'm in trouble please help me

                    I am not able to load my card my mobile number is [protected] being such a prompt payer with stashfin my limit is blocked since a year i am unable to load money it says loc 050 i have submitted my bank statements dozen of times plus informed that my obligation is Quite leas compared to my income still im facing this issue. my CIBIL score is also 800+

                        Dear Sir,
                        3623891 this is my loan account number. I applied for loan and due to disbursement time I denied to take a loan but they disbursed the loan forcefully and I said them I will only repay loan whatever I received because it was forcefully disbursed and I paid 3000 rs to them but for interest amount they marked my CIBIL as Suit Filled.

                        Please help me out here as bank has rejected my loan due to this.

                          I took a loan from stash fin on[protected] rupees of 3000 and disbursed amount of 2681 recived from finnovation tech solution for a some reason i did not pay on time but when i am on track so i decide to pay to the company my all dues and they told me a prper amount of 8356 and i told if they can discount on it so i paid 4500 and they said we closed your loan but now they suit filed against me and written off the case and on transunion cibil report it shows the 4850 senction amount and 3200 current balance and 12632 rs overdue that is totally wrong and fraud on other side on the app they not contact i am trying to contact shows 8356 settled no active loan total nothing no clouser report no balanc sheet nothing this is totally fraud and want to close this issue and want action on it as soon as possible .

                                    Hello sir i have a regular cusotmer of stash fin app but at this i have money but i arranged all emi 3340 which is due on my mobile no. [protected] so i pay it but they showing 1200 overdue charges which is unbearable for me also they update daily cibil report my cibil is adversely affected...i tried many time by raise ticket or call me back but they did not respond also i mailed to grievance officer but they didn't respond also in cibil shwing 210000 loan amount but they provide only 5000 how s the company chaeted us by decreasing cibil...i also file a complaint to rbi complain portals and waiting for reply please
